This Privacy Policy explains how ORVINUS TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("ORVINUS", "we", "us") handles information collected through www.orvinus.com (the "Site"). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, budget range, and message. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we keep a record of that correspondence.

If you register for early access to the ORVINUS Trading Terminal, you do so on a Google Form operated through Google. That form collects the details you enter there — such as your name, WhatsApp number, email address, Instagram username, the markets and features you are interested in, how you found us, and your permission to contact you. Its handling is also subject to Google's privacy policy.

When you arrive through a campaign link (for example from an Instagram post), the Site may read campaign details in the link — such as the source, campaign, episode or feature — and keep them in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. If you then open the early-access form, those details are pre-filled into the form so you can see them before submitting. They are not sent anywhere unless you submit the form.

The Site does not require an account and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) may be processed by our hosting infrastructure to serve and secure the Site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry — typically within 24 hours.
• If you register for early access, to send you development updates about the ORVINUS Trading Terminal and to consider you for testing, with your permission.
• To scope, propose, and deliver engineering engagements you request.
• To maintain business records of client communication.

We do not send marketing newsletters to people who have not asked for updates, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How your information is stored

Contact form submissions are sent through our website server to an access-controlled intake system operated with third-party form-processing and spreadsheet services. Early-access registrations are stored in Google Forms. Access is limited to the ORVINUS team. Project materials shared during an engagement are handled under the confidentiality terms of that engagement, and we sign non-disclosure agreements on request.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site (such as hosting and form processing), and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@orvinus.com. We respond to such requests within a reasonable period.

Children

The Site is a business service and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
