These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.orvinus.com (the "Site"), operated by ORVINUS TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("ORVINUS", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About the Site

The Site describes our engineering services — including AI-powered MVP development, applied AI solutions, algorithmic trading and quantitative systems, and enterprise AI infrastructure — describes products we are developing, and provides ways to contact us and register interest. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

Service engagements

Any engineering engagement between you and ORVINUS is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement) that defines scope, timeline, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

Product information

The ORVINUS Trading Terminal is in development and is not available for use or purchase. Pages describing it, its features and its roadmap set out intended functionality, which may change, be delayed or be removed. Release dates, including the December 2026 target, are targets and not commitments. Interface images on those pages are concept renders using illustrative data unless they are expressly identified as screenshots of a released product.

Registering for early access records your interest only. It does not create an agreement to supply the product, and it does not guarantee access to any beta or testing programme.

The terminal is designed as a research and analysis tool. Its outputs — including screens, setups, forecasts and AI-generated content — are not investment advice or recommendations, and ORVINUS is not a broker, investment adviser or research analyst. Features that depend on exchange or third-party market data will be offered only where the necessary data licences are in place.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, branding, design, and imagery — are the property of ORVINUS TECHNOLOGIES LLP and may not be reproduced without permission. Intellectual property in client deliverables is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement; our standard practice is that clients own the deliverables we build for them upon completion of the engagement.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not scrape or republish Site content in a misleading manner.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including client projects in our portfolio. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statements about past project outcomes describe specific engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any future engagement. Trading and quantitative systems involve financial risk; nothing on the Site is investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVINUS TECHNOLOGIES LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
