About the Site

The Site describes our engineering services — including AI-powered MVP development, applied AI solutions, algorithmic trading and quantitative systems, and enterprise AI infrastructure — and provides a way to contact us. Service engagements

Any engineering engagement between you and ORVINUS is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement) that defines scope, timeline, fees, confidentiality, and deliverables. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, branding, design, and imagery — are the property of ORVINUS TECHNOLOGIES LLP and may not be reproduced without permission. Intellectual property in client deliverables is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement; our standard practice is that clients own the deliverables we build for them upon completion of the engagement.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not scrape or republish Site content in a misleading manner.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites, including client projects in our portfolio. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
